Warranty InformationNet Engineers, Inc. New System Warranty Description and Support PolicyWARRANTY INFORMATIONHARDWARE:The computer system (i.e. monitor, keyboard, mouse and all internal components) is covered by a one year parts and labor limited warranty. This does not include external or add-on components (i.e. printer, scanner, camera, etc.). Please keep your original receipt for warranty purposes. Our customers receive top priority and all service will be provided with our fast turnaround service. We will do everything possible to keep your system up and running during this period. We urge you to contact us regarding anything which may seem peculiar while running your system (e.g. error messages). These may be indicators of hardware problems that should be corrected during the warranty period. This warranty is conditional upon the use of proper electrical and/or surge protection. This Warranty is void if installation or repairs are made by anyone other than Net Engineers, Inc. This warranty does not include reloading software, resetting system defaults which have been deleted or changed by the customer. You will be charged for this service. Also, if the computer becomes infected by a virus, you will be charged for the virus removal and/or reinstallation of Windows. SOFTWARE:Software is warranted by the software manufacturers only. Due to copyright laws on software and product activation, once software is opened, it is not returnable for any reason other than defective media. If any software purchased at Net Engineers is found to be defective, we will replace your software for like items only. Because of these strict copyright laws, please be sure to read the "System Requirements" information on program boxes. Some programs may require faster processors, additional RAM, or specific versions of Windows in order to run. If you are unsure of a particular program, please feel free to ask for assistance. Please be sure of the system requirements that some game manufacturers may have if you plan on installing any 3-D intensive games. REPAIRS:We guarantee that the parts and services we provide will perform satisfactorily under conditions of normal usage for a period of ninety days after the date of service. Net Engineers, Inc. owns all parts removed from repaired products. TECHNICAL SUPPORTWe provide free technical assistance to our customers. Please have your invoice number ready. It is important for timely assistance on the phone. You are responsible for learning how to operate your computer and software. Software support can be found through manufacturer's phone, e-mail, and online support, as well as on-screen help, books, and other sources. Net Engineers believes it is in the best interest of the user to consult these sources to better familiarize themselves with the usage of their system. We are in the business of selling computer systems and supplies. Anyone purchasing a system is expected to know basic computer operation or to obtain the necessary training. The product manufacturer will have a support website or there may be other resources online. There are also many books available for beginners and experts alike on computer operation and additional instruction manuals for various software programs. We will be happy to assist you in making a selection for you particular need. You can also check with local schools and colleges as to available computer classes in your area. Although we will try to assist you with any software you purchase, we do not provide instruction or support for software purchased. Each software publisher provides a technical support telephone line which is listed in the manuals or on their website, or the program's help menu, should you need assistance with their product. Be sure to send in your software registration cards or forms as this will provide you with better service as well as future updates from the manufacturers. As mentioned above, many auxiliary books are available for popular software programs which are generally available at several levels of expertise. WARRANTY IS GRANTED TO THE INITIAL CUSTOMER END USER ONLY AND IS NONTRANSFERABLE. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OF ANY OTHER KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES PERFORMED OR PRODUCTS FURNISHED BY US. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. |
